Remember, the “elite” are the ones who maintain the unresolved emotional energy within a social group and will perpetuate it through behavior due to their ability to manipulate the physical environment. Where society is in their emotional development will determine the issues it perpetuates over time.
It creates the appearance of a weather pattern but thru emotional energy.
So look at the “elite” to determine what type of unresolved and unrecognized emotional energy that is being replayed throughout society by the behavior of that society. For an example: the way any type of animal is treated depends on the animal and its relationship to humans due to belief systems (of the human society).

Additionally, society’s “elite” have different issues regarding the “masses”. The societies problems, in part, will be a reflection of those issues. Ultimately, money’s use will determine how the “elite” control the masses in their physical environment, and will, in part, reflect the underlying, unresolved emotional issues within a given society.
