(COMMENT: I don’t know about you, but reading this book was the first time that I had read or even heard that Project Paper Clip had been known by a previous name. I find it a little disconcerting that the original name was Project Overcast, considering we now appear to be having what is popularly referred to as “Chemtrailing” or geo-engineering or weather modification with what I consider to be, more times than not, weird looking, non-descript cloud cover and murky skies. Remember when this book was published in 1985, weather modification, geo-engineering or “Chemtrailing” were not even part of the collective consciousness within the public domain. So the term Project Overcast at the time of this publication, I would think, would seem odd, but something you couldn’t really explain and “hang your hat on”)

(COMMENT: Reportedly, Chemtrailing is the result of certain designated aircraft using aerosol injection to disperse various types of particulates into the air. Again see aformentioned references on the internet I mentioned previously for further information regarding Chemtrailing.)
The following is what I scribbled out on a piece of paper asking the non-physical side, the other side (Spiritual Side) a question sometime in the 2010 to 2012 range:
“If there are ongoing studies about the capability of seeding clouds with nuclear material and then causing the clouds to rain nuclear material to contaminate an area – how do we effectively counter that type of behavior because obviously they won’t stop at anything if they think that it’s okay to do that – right?
Answer from the other side: Fear of being eliminated, probably belief systems, and just emotionally insecure and scared (at some level – probably subconscious). The problem with the Dark Side is they have the backing of those in power without the consent of the citizens.”
(COMMENT: Soo here is the issue. I had written the name of the book from which I probably referenced the information about “ongoing studies about the capability of seeding clouds with nuclear material”, but I got rid of the original book and bought a replacement, but I can’t find the aforementioned information referenced. Nor can I find anything on the Internet about this. I didn’t make it up out of thin air, it came from somewhere, but I just can’t find it. The answer from the other side I think is important, no matter that I can’t find the source from which the question was asked. The closest thing that would indicate that studies have been done regarding seeding clouds with nuclear material is the aforementioned paragraph on what aerosols are and how they are used to deliver types of substances into the air of which radiological material was one of the substances mentioned).
