Have no idea when I wrote this, but it is some time ago but feel it has relevance for the here and now:
Basically the politicians in conjunction with some in the military-industrial complex are formulating policy. Relationships are established for the needs of a few and are not known outside a small group of people.
Stated objectives are in juxtaposition of the actual/intended objectives – again not known to the general population. Intelligence used for power/acquiring resources for industrial complex. People outside this group will believe the stated objective and will only realize too late that the actual behavior was not matching up with the stated objective.
