Sarah Westall’s “Business Game Changer” on her Rumble page Sarah Westall, 01/26/2023: Duration: 1:03:31.

I have a link to the video at the bottom of the blog. I have listed time stamps and subjects discussed on the video as an overview.

This interview has to do with the HHS program regarding unaccompanied alien children and finding sponsors to care for them in the U.S.

08:45 Tara Rodas discussed that the U.S. government put out a nationwide request to federal employees to help with the humanitarian crisis on the border with Mexico. Tara Rodas worked for HHS and volunteered to help. Rodas was assigned to the a intake site in Pomona, California. Employees were to help in placing unaccompanied alien children with a sponsor in the U.S. Rodas then discusses that she was assigned to case management and then realized that there was issues with some of the sponsors for the children.

11:07 – 11:13 Rodas notes it was very hard to imagine that the U.S. government was involved in facilitating children being put into trafficking rings.

11:14 Rodas then discusses the cases that were put forward.

11:27 Rodas discusses finding suspicious sponsors.

11:30 Rodas discusses someone sending her a copy of a U.S. Senate report. (Comment: Sarah then asks Rodas about an unrelated subject to the aforementioned report but resumes that thread of the discussion at 12:25 mark). Sarah asks how many suspicious sponsors were found? Rodas responds that in the three month period that she was at the Pomona site, there were more than 20 cases. The Pomona site during the three month period processed about 8300 cases.

11:57 Rodas notes that during that year the U.S. government put over 100,000 children in homes (Comment: It was never made clear in the interview what year this occurred in, but possibly 2022).

12:06 Rodas notes what she saw was a tiny slice of what is going on regarding the program of finding sponsors for the unaccompanied alien children.

12:25 – 13:43 Rodas then goes back to the subject of the U.S. Senate report, “Oversight of the Care of Unaccompanied Alien Children”, Staff Report, Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations, United States Senate.

Rodas claims the report was put out in 2016.

(Comment: I could not find that particular report. What I did find appears to be an updated report published on 08/15/2018. A portion of the report appears to be an overview of the 2016 report. Attached is the link to the 08/15/2018 report: https://www.hsgac.senate.gov/wp-content/uploads /imo/media/doc/2018-08-15%20PSI%20STAFF%20REPORT%20-%20Oversight%20of%20the%20Care%20of%20UACs.pdf.

Though I could not find the published 2016 report. I did, however, find the actual transcript of the January 28, 2016 hearing on which the original report was based:

Hearing Before the Permanent Subcommittee On Investigations on the Committee on Homeland Security and Government Affairs United States Senate January 28, 2016: “Adequacy of the Department of Health and Human Services Efforts to Protect Unaccompanied Alien Children from Human Trafficking.” Link attached: https://www.govinfo.gov/content/pkg/CHRG-114shrg20085/pdf/CHRG-114shrg20085.pdf ).

13:52 – 14:16 Discusses Biden removing Trump’s original executive order (Comment: Evidently to the retention of human traffickers).

14:19 – 1609 Rodas then discusses the relaxation of field guidelines in regards to the intake centers. Speed over safety – moving children into sponsor’s care. Children don’t know individuals who claim to be their relative. (Comment: Evidently speeding up the process of getting the children in to the custody of sponsors).

(Comment: I believe she is referring to the following document: Administration for Children and Families – Office of Refugee Settlement “Field Guidelines – Revised Oct 24, 2022 [Initially issued April 30, 2021] Field Guideline #13 – Emergency Intake Sites [EIS] Instructions and Standards”, See attached link: https://www.acf.hhs.gov/sites/default/files/documents/orr/FG-13%20EIS%20Instructions%20and%20Standards%202021%2004%2030.pdf).

16:49 – 17:43 Rodas discusses DHS whistleblower Erin Stevenson. He is the first person to come forward to say that transnational criminal organizations are sponsoring children. Rodas then discusses Project Veritas was receiving a lot of tips regarding HHS’s unaccompanied alien child program. A program in which human trafficking was taking place, however the tipsters could not give hard evidence.

18:03 – 19:50 Sarah discusses the fact that the legacy media will not discuss the human trafficking topic. Rodas discusses her experience in regards to a news network wanting to interview her but were shutdown by the corporate office.

19:18 Rodas notes that what is being witnessed is the U.S. government sponsored, tax payer funded, child trafficking. Rodas says it doesn’t make sense. Rodas noted that if she hadn’t seen it herself – she couldn’t believe it.

19:50 – 21:25 Rodas discusses the fact that the case manager (Comment: for the placement of the child) never sees the sponsor. The actual sponsor application form is an app on the cell phone. Case managers do not meet the sponsors, visit the home of the sponsor, verify income of sponsor nor is a proper background check on sponsor done.

21:27 – 22:01 Rodas talks about multiple sponsors on one address, 3-4 people sponsoring children at one address or a sponsor who has different addresses.

22:16 Rodas discusses what happened to her when she brought up descrepencies regarding sponsors to the attention of individuals at the Pomona intake center.

23:10 – 24:24 Rodas noted that many of the HHS sponsors do not have a legal presence in the U.S.

24:25 – 26:56 Rodas discusses that the 20 sponsors that found was due to red flags in regards to their application. Rodas discusses the reaction of the children in regards to the sponsors such as having panic attacks and not knowing who the people were that were their sponsors. Rodas discusses a case out of Florida.

26:56 – 28:48 Rodas discusses that the majority of the children who come across the border (Comment: I believe she said they are in their middle to late teens). As soon as they turn 18, they are no longer an unaccompanied child and are released into the U.S. There are problems of people trying to get into the U.S. by claiming that they are under the age of 18, when in fact they are older than 18.

29:00 – 30:27 Rodas discusses the fact the the U.S. government is the middle man. (Comment: In regards to the human trafficking network). She goes on to discuss how the system works with the help of the U.S. government delivering children to a human trafficker. How the children create a residual income to the trafficker, over the lifespan of the child. (Comment: Meaning they used the child over and over again.

31:17 Discusses labor trafficking and sex trafficking.

31:29 U.S. government is the middleman in the human trafficking scheme.

31:57 – 32:51 Sarah asks what Rodas is doing now. Rodas discusses that states are starting to act in regards to this issue. But the question is: Who is going to give the states the information they need as HHS has all of the information regarding children and their sponsors.

32:51 Rodas discusses missing children. (Comment: These are the children who are no longer with the sponsor and no one knows where they are). The state of Texas did a report in which 30% of the children in Texas were missing.

34:00 When a wellness check is done on a child and the sponsor no longer has the child, the case is closed. HHS is not responsible for the child once the sponsor takes custody of the child. HHS is literally signing over the custody of the child to the sponsor. HHS cannot call the sponsor up to check up on the child. The sponsor does not have to interact with HHS.

35:06 Rodas discusses Project Veritas regarding what they found during their investigation of the unaccompanied alien children in the U.S.

35:25 Rodas discusses that some sponsors are receiving a child immediately turns them over to someone else.

35:33 – 37:02 Rodas discusses a whistleblower from MVM, who is the transportation company that moves the unaccompanied alien children through out the U.S. for the U.S. government. The whistleblower said that children were telling this individual that they didn’t know the people who were their sponsors.

37:02 – 38:20 According to Rodas many of the unaccompanied alien children are Guatemalan who speak a Mayan dialect and do not speak Spanish. (Comment: Therefore they are truly isolated in the U.S.)

38:40 Rodas notes that the relaxing of vetting guidelines are helping the traffickers.

39:01 Rodas noted that an unprecedented number of children are being sent all around the U.S. – right now there are over 400,00 children.

39:25 According to Rodas Texas and Florida, among some other states, are looking into the situation. HHS indicates the number of children released in each state but the state has no idea where these children are, who their sponsor is and if the sponsor has current custody of the child. Discussion regarding peoples inability and unwillingness to believe that this situation is even occurring.

41:44 – 42:22 Information regarding this issue can be found on Project Veritas and on a Frontline video: Trafficking in America, which is an expose on the previously mentioned Senate report.

47:22 – 50:00 Rodas describes what happened to her personally when she started to expose and discuss these issues at the Pomona intake center.

50:00 – 55:12 Further discussion in regards to issues faced in this matter.

55:13 – 56:32 Rodas makes suggestions as to what people can do in regards to this situation.

56:32 Rodas then discusses what children go thru before reaching the U.S. border.

56:55 Rodas noted that some children do not survive the journey to the U.S.

57:55 – 58:37 HHS has a $2.7 trillion budget. The last two years of the unaccompanied alien children program has been $10 billion.

58:37 – 1:01:44 More discussion regarding HHS’s role in this situation and further discussion in regards to cases.
