Dream: From what I’m gathering this may have been when Korea was being divided between North and South. People were trying to figure out where it was best to try to go, as far as the future. Anyway the person who must have had this experience decided to go to North Korea. A lot of anxiety in that decision. So the next thing I know is everyone is wearing various shades of colors, pinks and blues. They all go into like probably a cafeteria to eat. Evidently this energy I’m receiving the info from was a female. She hadn’t tied together the tie on her pink dress (a type of uniform). Consternation about getting it right (tying the tie correctly). Everyone was trying to act up beat but there is this always underlying fear of not doing something right and consequences. At one point a monkey is walking around. (Note: Monkey maybe literally that or maybe a symbol for an apparatchik).
At another point there is a freeway with cars but a sense of another world perhaps, a symbol of everyone else getting on while another population is being held back.
So everyone is in line to put the dirty dishes away – again someone isn’t getting it quite right and discussion about whether human beings could be spontaneous. Anyway at another point (the female whose eyes I’m seeing this through), leaves but either accidently walks into a section or its the way out (of the cafeteria) – either way this guy – security type – black coat with possibly a dog is standing there.
This person (female) runs back into the cafeteria area and raises the alarm. Evidently when someone like this shows up (security type) it is to take someone away. General panic ensues and then I wake up.
(I note on 12/09/12: This dream was about upheaval and not knowing which way to go as a society is split up due to political activity, and the threat people live under. How uncertainty in their lives under a totalitarian and repressive regime plays out)
