Not a matrix but the collective consciousness of a group of people. It’s what is projected into the physical environment by human behavior. Behavior detailed by social norms and belief systems inculcated since birth.
Therefore what is normal for those born in India, China, Vietnam, Malaysia, Japan, Saudi Arabia, N. Korea, S. Korea, and South America and African continent would seem seem strange to each other and those raised in areas such as N. America (just as an example).
It’s everything, the way buildings are built, traffic manifests itself as well as food, toileting behavior, and interaction with the environment.
One World order wants to suppress these various consciousness and create one overarching collective consciousness (hive mind) as it is easier to control and maintain power.
