At the 20:39 – 25:35 point and again at 1:05:08 point Mark Steele discusses how the Paradise fire (aka The Camp fire) was started. Mark discusses that he doesn’t know if it was unintentional or deliberate but that it was the result of an EMP attack.
Though that information maybe of particular interest to many, please take the time to listen to the whole discussion. Mark Steele has a strong accent and is hard to understand sometimes but please be patient as he really appears to know what he is talking about and is sincere in his intention to get this information out.
Remember Mark Steele has been dealing with this issue for sometime now.
