I believe two major contributing factors as to why system hasn’t changed. Jesse Czebotar’s interview with Tony Merkel mentions that Satanists are allowed to express their beliefs thru various religions that she mentions. Evidently put into positions that enable to keep things from manifesting that would get in the way of the Satanic agenda. Some individuals within these bloodlines are telepathic which she also talks about. I believe they may use such abilities to communicate important information which they don’t want to be intercepted by technology. So if the general population is unaware that these situations exist, it is easier to control outcomes in regards to manifesting the Satanic agenda.
So whether I am correct in that assessment remains to be seen but it dawned on me that this might be the case.
