Dream: In which in Africa, Russians mentioned as a torso of an older male appearing to be in a mixer contraption used to grind up bodies. African saying Russians as it sounds like women being raped in an upstairs of a building and probably murdered.

(Comment: My sense is this is during WWII. There are many atrocities propagated by many human populations which are never dealt with nor see the light of day. This energy lives on well after the nefarious act(s) as no action was taken to remedy the behavior so there could be closure regarding the matter. I can’t tell you the number of times I get this complaint from the spiritual side, that there is no justice, no acknowledgement of wrong doing – sigh).
