The Washington Free Beacon.com, May 2, 2018: “Insect Infestation led to Widespread Surgery Cancelation at LA VA Hospital.”

According to the article the LA VA Hospital has had a problem with fly infestation for two years.

From how I understand such matters this is usually an indication of negative energy being manifested due to poor human interaction between the management, staff, and patients.  Usually staff does not have the necessary support from management to be able to take care of the needs of the patients.  You can see this type of situation also manifest in convelescent homes where the patients need extra care but it is understaffed, therefore needs not being met, both staff and patients.

Bottom line people are not being treated with care and dignity.  This causes a lower vibrational frequency (emotional energy) to set in with the incumbent physical manifestations both in the lack of hygiene and the infestation of flies.

Ultimately it always comes down to the underlying intent on which the  system is based that will determine the outcome of this type of situation.

Sometimes in such situations the eventual outcome will be the abandonment of the structure because of the failure of the system.  An example of this type of situation would be the abandonment of the insane asylums in the early 20th century.)
